Terms of Service for Paired Game

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iPhone game application Paired Game ("Game") that connects two users in a live multiplayer challenge, where the fastest team receives a prize. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Game. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Game.

 

Game Usage

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Paired Game. If you are under the age of 18, you represent and warrant that you have obtained parental consent to use the Game.

 

1.2 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Paired Game grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

 

1.3 User Account: In order to access and use Paired Game, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to promptly update any information that may change.

 

1.4 Fair Play: You agree to use Paired Game in a fair and sportsmanlike manner. Cheating, hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, or engaging in any behavior that gives you an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.

 

Live Multiplayer Challenges

2.1 Connection: Paired Game connects two users in a live multiplayer challenge, where the fastest team receives a prize. The Game strives to provide a seamless multiplayer experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.

 

2.2 Prize Distribution: The prize distribution for the fastest team will be subject to the terms and conditions specified separately by Paired Game. Paired Game reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize distribution at any time without prior notice.

 

2.3 User Conduct: You agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set forth by Paired Game during live multiplayer challenges. You shall not engage in any conduct that violates these rules or that is offensive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable to other players.

 

Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: Paired Game and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by the developers or licensors of Paired Game. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Paired Game's intellectual property except as expressly authorized by these Terms.

 

3.2 User Content: You may have the ability to submit or share user-generated content through Paired Game. By submitting such content, you grant Paired Game a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and improving Paired Game.

 

Privacy

4.1 Data Collection: Paired Game may collect and use personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. By using Paired Game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

 

4.2 Third-Party Services: Paired Game may integrate with third-party services or platforms. Your use of such services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and Paired Game shall not be responsible for any actions or omissions of such third-party services.

 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer: Paired Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Game does not guarantee that Paired Game will be error-free or uninterrupted, and your use of Paired Game is at your own risk.

 

5.2 Bug Encounters: While Paired Game strives to provide a smooth and bug-free experience, it is possible that you may encounter technical issues or bugs that could affect your ability to win the prize in the live multiplayer challenges. In such cases, Paired Game shall not be held responsible, and no liability shall be attributed to Paired Game or its developers. It is your responsibility to report any bugs or technical issues to Paired Game's support team, who will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve them in a timely manner.

 

Indemnification

6.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paired Game, its developers, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of Paired Game, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another user or third party.

 

Termination

7.1 Paired Game reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Game or any part thereof, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

 

Modifications to the Terms

8.1 Paired Game reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Paired Game after the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
